(4/S FIT Camp)
This year Sportsplex is excited to introduce its summer-long 4/S FIT Camp. This program is geared for kids incoming 4th grade through high school. We have taken our years of experience of training youth athletes and created a summer program that is fun and challenging and provides a safe, air conditioned experience that can be utilized for one day, one week, or the entire summer.
Led by Robyn Gray (Director of Training and Sports Performance at Sportplex), our team of experienced and certified trainers have devised a program that is most importantly, safe for kids of all ages.
Our Program will produce results that will help any kid in any sport!
One Session (either SA or SC) - $95
Two Sessions (both SA & SC) - $155
Single Day Drop-In
$35 for either session
$55 for both sessions

Each week, we will provide two unique age specific workout sessions Monday - Wendesday The program starts at 12:30 pm and ends at 4:30 pm. Pricing is based on how many training sessions you choose for your child. Each individual session is 50 minutes long, with 5 minutes after for cooling down and stretching.
Conditioning (SC) 1:30pm
Speed & Agility (SA) 3:00pm
You drop off your kiddo at Sportsplex for the afternoon and we will make sure they go to their training session. Most kids will sign up for both sessions, but you are free to only sign up for one. When not in the training session, they can participate in open gym activities supervised by our staff.
Open Gym activities will vary each week depending on the other activities in the facility. But typically, the kids will be able to shoot hoops, work on their volleyball serve, play soccer or just hang out with their friends without their cell phones or video games.
You decided if you want to do Speed & Agility Class or Strength & Conditioning Class (or both). For kids coming multiple weeks, we will make sure that each week is unique and fun. This will help them
TAKE THEIR GAME TO THE NEXT LEVEL
and have a leg up on the competition for fall sports!
